Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

Dealing with email enquiries

Taking minutes

Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

Data entry

General office management such as ordering stationary

Arranging both internal and external events

Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers, and Senior Management

Requirements

A Bachelors degree and a minimum of years in business administration personal effectiveness and credibility

Data entry with strict attention to detail

Keep attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized

Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional comrnunicator

Strong time management and get used to deadlines

Ability indetify errors and solve problems

Decicive and critical thinker

2. Admin Operasional

Responsibilities

Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate appointments, meetmgs, and events, including making travel arrangements, booking venues, and managing calendars.

Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and corporate email.

Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including ordering and maintaining ottice supplies, managing equipment and tacilities, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Data Entry : Enter and mantain data in various systems or databases accurately.

Prepare reports and generate insights to support decision-making processes.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, tiles, and databases.

Requirements :

A Bachelor’s degree from any major

3. Finance Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Memastikan keakuratan dokumen untuk seluruh transaksi AP, PC, dan CA.

Mengelola cash flow perusahaan secara menyeluruh mulai dari pembayaran, pengiriman uang, setor bank, dll.

Membuat perencanaan dan memastikan keakuratan data keuangan yang berhubungan dengan supplier.

Membuat laporan keuangan untuk keperluan budget dan melakukan analisa secara berkala.

Memeriksa dan memastikan laporan keuangn dilakukan secara akurat dan tepat

Memposting jurnal AP

Rekonsiliasi unbilled & billed.

Berhubungan dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal perusahaan terkait dengan transaksi keuangan perusahaan.

Kualifikasi

Pria/Wanita

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi.

Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama.

Menguasai Ms. Office terutama Excel dan sangat baik membuat spreadsheet.

Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan, memiliki ketrampilan komunikasi dan kerja sama team yang baik.

Mempunyai kemampuan analisa data serta perhatian terhadap detail.

4. Odoo Back Office

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Melakukan koordinasi dengan User dari Team Finance dan Team Procurement secara

Bekerja sama dalam Team Implementor Odoo

Memberikan pelatihan dan dukungan teknis/ non-tekniskepada pengguna Odoo

Kualifikasi

Pria/Wanita.

Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen Informatikat Manajemen Bisnis.

Memahami proses finance dan akuntasi di perusahaan Food and Beverage.

Memahami proses supply chain di perusahaan Food and Beverage.

Memiliki pengalaman untuk implementasi Odoo untuk modul Finance dan SCM minimal 1 tahun.

Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.
