1-2 years of experience as a talent acquisition staff or similar
Understand and familiar with psychological test, Behavior Event Interview & Assessment Center
Have good computer skills (Ms. Office)
Fluent in English
Having good Analytical thinking & communication skill
Able to perform administration related to work
Willing to work under pressure
Willing to work with high mobility (out of city service travel)

Requirements
Education D3, D4/S1 Majoring in F&B Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management (GPA 3,00)
Fresh graduate or have at least 1 year experience in the field of F&B / Restaurant / Retail
Analytical thinking, communication skill & presentation skill
Able to perform administration related to work
Willing to work with high mobility (out of city service travel)
Have good computer skills
3. Organizational Development Staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Managerment/ industrial Engineering (GPA 3,00)
1-2 years of experience as a OD staff or similar
Understand and familiar with Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Competency, Etc.
Having good Analytical thinking & communication skill
Able to perform administration related to work
Willing to work under pressure
Have good computer skills (Ms. Office)
