Requirements
Female max. 35 years old
Preferably have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Economics / Insurance Management
Minimum 1 year experience as Leader Customer Care or Call Center
Mastering Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
Having good communication skills
Fluency and Good Command in English is a must multilingualism is a plus
Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Customer-oriented mindset
Critical thinker & Objective Oriented
Good organizational and time-management skills
