Requirements:
Posse at least Bachelor’s degree from a university, preferably from mechanical/electrical/industrial major.
5 years of working experience in power plant operations or similar
Have successful experience in procurement.
Familiar with typical legislation associated with power plant processes
Knowledge of local and international procurement processes and regulations in the power plant industry
Knowledge of commercial processes and budgeting experience
Thorough understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs related to power plant industry
Experience with the use of ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, etc)
Fluent in the use of MS Office programs.
The ability to communicate (written and spoken) effectively in English
Excellent personal and communication skills internally and externally
Good team member, interacts well with others, prompt and responsive
2. Finance Cost Controller
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting /Management-Finance
Ideally the person has relevant experience for at least 2 years in Power Plant O&M company and a total of 8 years of working experience
Has experience in using accounting systems and having experience in using or at least understand the Maximo system is a plus point
Has sufficient knowledge of payment methods, terms of delivery, and ability to understand contract/PO to vendor
Attention to detail, thorough, with good analytical skill
Able to provide O&M of power plant cost & analysis
Has a mature personality, self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to make a plan
Good skills in writing and speaking in English
Good team member, interacts well with others, prompt and responsive
