Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day shipment both export/import and project operation activities at Surabaya Branch run smoothly and well managed
Ensuring all cargoes received well in consignee hand
Ensuring all cargoes delivered well from shipper
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma 3 in any major
Minimum 1 year experience in logistics/freight forwarding company
Fluent in English both oral and written
Familiar with Surabaya port area
Required Knowledge and Skill (s): logistic/freight forwarding, customs/export-import (preferably have custom certificate / Sertifikat Uji Ahli Kepabeanan), filing system, computer literate, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & ISO 45001
Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, target orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, coordination, work efficiently, negotiation, sustainable in pressure, proactive
