Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities.
Experienced as Investment Staff for at least 1 year in Financial Services/Investment Industry.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of OJK regulations, economy, finance, and investment in Indonesia.
Having CFA/CSA/WMI/BSMR license is an advantage.
Able to conduct investment research reports, and analyze financial reports, modeling, and financial assessments.
Able to plan investment strategies and evaluate investment performance and policies.
Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and Bloomberg.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Good integrity and attitude, never received punishment from capital market authorities.
2. Change Management Staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities.
Fresh Graduate or have working experience max. 2 years
Able to conduct evaluation studies on business processes and organizational transformation
Understanding the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and Business Process.
Have an interest to conduct research and have good analytical thinking.
