Responsibilities:
Ensuring outstanding receivables Freight, Charter In Pertamina, Charter In non- Pertamina, Demurrage, SOA, and other receivable are summarized and collected.
Ensuring all incoming funds are prepared accurately within the same day.
Ensuring customers data are completed and updated.
Planning and monitoring daily and weekly, the schedule periode of outstanding receivables, can be collected.
Planning and monitoring schedule for collection purpose.
Monitoring all incoming vouchers to be posted at the same month.
Monitoring the due date of all outstanding receivable.
Requirements:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Minimal 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Finance management, computer literate.
Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, and good interpersonal relationship.
Able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to detail, work efficienctly, concern for order, business process understanding, interpersonal persuasiveness ability, developing others and team leadership.
Proficiency in English, both oral & writtten.
