Reviewing the legal risks involved in various business deals and advise top management.
Handling various legal matters and review existing legal cases and provide resolves.
Analyzing the risks on new business deals signing, legal information, contracts and agreements review, and advise on tender documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university.
Must have at least 5 to 10 years experience in related field.
Knowledge and experience in IPP industry and Construction will be a high advantage.
Based in Head Office Jakarta.
