Job Description :
Create a robust SOP on how to respond and solve the customers’ complaints
Evaluate the daily process of handling complaints if found not efficient, and need to take immediate action for changing/revising the SOP
Closely coordinate with all stakeholders related to the issues such as Sales Department, Supply Chain Department, PMO, Finance and Tech department
Develop a roadmap of KPI for Customer Service team on how to eliminate the complaints cases month by month
Focus on being side by side next to customers’ pain points – patiently listening to their voices and trying to help solve the problems
Build a summary report in weekly / monthly / quarterly / semesterly / yearly basis to be shared with related stakeholders
Daily report to Operation General Manager
Having close communication with COO
Communicate with PMO and Tech team in case of developing / exploring system that could support whole process to improve performance of Tokoparts’ customer service
Fast response to every kind of inquiry comes in: complaints, refund, return of products, etc.
Put at first that customer needs to be understood and served better
To be expected to build a customer service team once Tokoparts business becomes bigger and bigger in the near future.
Requirements :
Having more than 2-3 years experience in customer service field, B2C or B2B industry sector
Having good familiarity of ecommerce working process system
Excellent communication skills
Able to manage self-emotion very well
English proficiency in writings and speaking is preferable
Graduated from reputable universities from any majors
Adaptive, agile and fast learner
Having enthusiasm to automotive sector is highly an added value

2. Sales Supervisor
Job Description:
Receive job delegation from Sales Manager regarding the Sales team
Become the main partner of Sales Manager in creating the right strategy for the Sales division
Performing a role as SPV Sales who can direct the Sales team in operational activities

Create & maintain good relationships and always provide the best service to customers
Make visits to new potential customers (workshops & shops).
