Description:

  • Together with HR Supervisor in site plant administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
  • Coordinate with HR function in HO for all personnel recruitment actions and personnel benefits related matters.
  • Support HR Supervisor for implementing personnel development programs.
  • Implement Training needs analysis, training program and training effectiveness in coordination with HR Supervisor and HO and all respective departments.
  • Ensure any update on Job Descriptions and KPIs on each respective department in plant operation and maintenance.
  • Conduct on site exit interviews to ensure security of company data, information and assets by coordinating with related departments.
  • Involve in on site coordination with General Affairs (GA) and Quality, Health, and Safety (QHS) manager to ensure workplace health and safety implementation among Cirebon power employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring from Management, Psychology, or engineering.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same position or higher.
  • Proven experience in power plant training and development, related to certification and technical / non technical skills.
  • Proven experience in administration and reporting monitoring activities.
  • Able to work independently as well as be a team player and manage to perform cross functional team good relationship and communication.
  • Must have active English communication skill (verbal and written).
  • Will work in Site Office Cirebon.
  • Having a technical background will be preferred.
