1. Management Trainee (MT) General
Job Descriptions:
Management Trainee program is fast track and challenging program that aims to develop future talented leaders to be able handling management function. This program includes in class training, on the job training, coaching and challenging improvement project with lots of opportunities for team work and discussions.
Requirements:
– Fresh graduates from reputable university with major of Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance / Accounting, International Marketing / Business.
– Max aged 25 years old.
– Good attitude and commitment to work.

2. Management Trainee (MT) – IT
Job Descriptions:
– Collecting, Monitoring and Analyzing data from all manufacturing unit for development of continuous improvement in manufacturing are for group.
– Candidate need to have strong competence in doing data analysis dan have basic understanding of manufacturing process.
– Managing project with guidance from the supervisor
Requirements:
– Must have Bachelor Degree from Information System Technology, Information System
– Ability do project management
– Good command of English
– Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
– Strong sense of analytical thinking and ability to think out of the box
– Strong passion to learn
– Strong data analysis
– Can operate Microsoft Office
– Willing to be placed at Cikarang / Sunter How to manage data base Special
Qualifications:
– Mastering one or more of the following abilities
– Proficient in the PHP web programming language, accustomed to using the CI / Laravel framework
– Mastering Bootstap, html, css, javascript, and jquery
– Proficient in one or more C #, .NET programming languages. more preferred
– Proficient in one or more MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL database management
– Mastering the concept of webservice / web API Proficient in Web Designer is preferred
– Have worked with ERP Dynamic AX / Dynamic 365 is preferred
