1. Instrument & Control Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Coordinates analysis, diagnosis, installation, repair, maintenance and the calibration of instrumentation and control equipment
- Coordinates maintenance activities with engineers, other departments and contractors
- Ensures that safety rules and procedures are followed
- Prepares Instrumentation & Control business plans
- Develop, review, and revise standard operating procedures
- Creates, composes and edits technical and administrative correspondence, reports and documentation

Responsibilities
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

Responsibilities

4. Chiller & HVAC Technician Leader
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner
- Make sure equipments operate efficiently & continuously
- Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units
- Diagnose electrical & mechanical defects & malfunctions
- Install, replace, repair equipment that has been damaged
- Make adjustment, do calibrations of thermostatic controls
- Make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance
- Coordinate with company’s contracted HVAC vendors

Responsibilities
- Assist in department’s daily operation

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Analyze budgets and create expense reports
- Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
- Reconcile bank statements
- Conduct month-end and year-end closures
- Prepare documents for audits
- Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Report to Manager and improve financial processes
