Job Responsibility

1. Ensure all the tax payment process done on time
2. Prepare monthly tax recapitulation & PPh, VAT and entertainment list monthly report
3. Prepare data for audit based on requirement
4. Verification VAT Input, VAT Output, and submit amount for offsetting in system
5. Checking & verifying all payment tax calculation
6. Prepare and maintain all documents needed by tax office

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting/Tax with min. 1 year working experience in taxation
2. Full proficiency in English
3. Have Tax Brevet A & B License & familiar with Indonesia tax regulation & tax system (e-filing, e-billing, e-Faktur, SPT, etc)

Job Description

1. Maintain the daily Quality Management System including writing and revising SOPs, working instructions and templates and doing continuous improvement within company.
2. Maintain Quality Control program and Document Control System and help with the ongoing project development.
3. Understand and perform tasks described within the Quality System for Management Representative duties, including conducting Management Reviews.
4. Work with every department in workshop to create Document Control System.
5. Ensuring the implementation of Quality System in every department.
6. Assist in the Internal Audit process and External Audits.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or above from any major and have at least 3 years working experience in QMS
2. Fluent in English or Mandarin

Job Responsibility

1. Improve and optimize EHS management system (OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001) and supervise the effectiveness of implementation.
2. Optimize IT tools that supporting EHS management system operation.
3. Improve EHS hazards inspection mechanism.
4. Responsible for EHS management system internal and external audit.
5. Improve Management of Change Mechanism to control the changes and reduce EHS risk.
6. Improve main hazard of operation mechanism, EHS Training, Feedback & Reward Regulation.
7. Improve the safety & health protection of labor.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Environment Health & Safety or other related major.
2. At least have 2-3 years working experiences in EHS.
3. Advance Skill in Ms Office (Ms. Excel, Power Point and Ms. Word).
4. Strong analytical and communication skills, identifying issues in workplace safety and making sure co-workers understand them.

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor or Diploma (S1/D4/D3), Majoring in Electrical Engineering

3. Able to operate oscilloscope, programmable power supply, and other commonly used test tools.

5. Take part in equipment preparation of new product introduction.

Job Requirements

1. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in mechanical engineering
