Job Description
Management Trainee Program of Sampoerna Kayoe is designed to groom dynamic graduates with a passion for being part of our middle management and project leaders and for rapid growth within Sampoerna Kayoe.
This role will be placed in various function in Sampoerna Kayoe based on corporate’s needs.
Requirement
- Bachelor/Master Degree of any major, min. GPA:
- Bachelor degree GPA min 3.10
- Master degree GPA min 3.25
- Having less than 2-year full-time of working experience
- Those who are going to graduate in 2021 are welcome to apply
- Good team player, agile, as well as proven leadership capability, and organizational savvy.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Have good analytical thinking, fast learner, and proactive
- Willing to be stationed all across Indonesia and bound under working commitment to Sampoerna Kayoe.
