1. HRIS Assistant Manager
Requirements
- 27 – 37 years old
- Held Bachelor Degree majoring InformationvTechnology / Information Systems / Computer Engineering / Computerized Accounting
- Experienced as HRIS Assistant Manager / HRIS Supervisor/ Consultant for at least 6-7 years
- Experienced in develop & maintain HRIS such as Sunfish/ Oracle/ SAP/ etc
- Experienced to develop HRIS especially Sunfish program from zero will be very considered
- Provide experience in monitoring more than 1000 employee databases from data entry processes to employee database maintenance
- Required Skills : MySql/ Sql Server/ Crystal Report/ Squirrel
2. Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager
Requirements
- Maximum 35 years old
- At least held Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology from reputable University (prefered held Master Degree majoring Psychology)
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Assistant Manager or 5 years in
- Supervisory level are very required for this position.
- Having experience in property developer company will be a plus.
- Having experience in maintain Manpower Planning & Recruitment Annual Reporting
- Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST
- Having deep knowledge in HRIS systems usage
- Capable in create Talent Acquisition annual report and budgeting
- Candidate must be capable to work in detai & possess excellent leadership skilll
- Excellent in personal communication for penetrate passive candidates
- Possess strong working motivation and able to work under tight deadlines
3. Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Have experience in salary survey
- Understand about PPH-21
- Advance excel skill and detail oriented
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
4. Assessor – Assessment Center
Requirements
- Minimum age 25 years old
- Have at least 4 years experience in assessment center
- Master’s Degree in Psychology focus on Adult Clinical or Industrial & Organizational Psychology
- Have Assessor certification (Assessment Center)
- Have experience in conducting Assessment Center (competency based) at various levels and positions
- Have experience in making Assessment Center reports (competency based)
- Have experience in carrying out and interpreting psychological tests
- Have experience in building/mapping competencies
5. Assessment Center Support Staff
Requirements
- Min. Age 21 years old
- Have at least 1 year experience in assessment center
- Bachelor’s of Psychology
- Have experience in the administration of Assessment Center
- Have experience in managing the results data and the Assessment Center question bank
- Detailed and thorough
6. HR Operation Supervisor
Requirements
- Maximum 35 years old
- At least held Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology/ Human Resource Management/ Law
- Experienced as HRSupervisor (Supervisor level is a must) for at least 3 years, and responsible for handling personell employment matters for more than 1000 employees
- Possess excellent knowledge in all HR matters e.g recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, payroll and also industrial relation
- CHRP Certified will be an advantage
- Mastering Microsoft Office usage, and possess extensive knowledge about Indonesian Labor Law implementation
