Requirements:
22 – 25 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
Min. 1 year experience as a Recruiter
Understand the recruitment flow process.
Min. 1 year experience perform recruitment process (screening CV, operating psychological tools, scoring, and depth interview).
Good in English.
Must be detail oriented, quick to adapt, and have high curiosity.
Work quickly and precise under pressure and targets.
Preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek
Willing to be placed in Tangerang
Job Descriptions:
Perform recruitment process including screening CV, invite candidates, conduct psychological test and scoring, and depth interview.
Handle candidate’s documents.
Handle Rejection email.
Prepare daily and weekly report and analysis.
Do clerical things.
Post job advertisement on social media, website, and job portal.
2. Accounting Supervisor
(Placement : Kebon Nanas, Tangerang)
Requirements :
28 – 35 years old
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Min. 3 years experience as a Accounting Supervisor
Strong in conceptual and analytical skills
Able to work independently or in a team
Good communication skill and excellent team player.
Job Descriptions :
Preparation of budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting for any financial activities.
Provide monthly financial reports.
Excellent in data processing using MS. Office especially in Excel and Accounting System
Experience as an auditor is an added value
3. Helper Warehouse (Magang)
Kualifikasi :
Laki-laki, usia 20 – 30 tahun
Diutamakan single atau belum menikah
Pendidikan SMA/SMK/Sederajat
Bisa mengendarai mobil dan punya SIM A / SIM B
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai logistik/warehouse
