1. Purchasing Executive

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering any major
• Minimum 5 year experience as Purchasing Executive / Purchasing Asst.Mgr
• Having deep knowlegde about import
• Maximum 40 years old
• Fluent in English both oral & written (is a must), Mandarin is preferable
• Able to operate Microsoft Office & SAP
• Experience regarding ISO 9001:2015
• Experience regarding ISO 14001:2015
• Mature, detail oriented, problem solving, high self motivation
• Willing to work in Cikarang

2. Purchasing Import Staff

Job Desc :

• Planning, purchase, & maintain material required
• Searching and develop supplier
• Arrange delivery & manage shipment from overseas
• Filing documents & prepare report related to purchase job

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years experiences as purchasing import staff
• Max 28 years old
• Fluent in English both oral & written (is a must). Mandarin is preferable
• Able to operate Ms. Office, SAP is a must
• Willing to work in Cikarang
• Can join immediately

3. GA & Safety Staff

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for handling general affair and office management task
2. Supervisory Office boy and operational driver activities
3. Maintain office Facility & Equipment, making sure that all office facilities and equipment are well up and functioning.
4. Plans and arranges procurement of Office equipment and maintenance services, office stationery & supplies, and other purchase request from employee.
5. Responsible and monitor for all safety issue in company
6. Manage safety meeting weekly or monthly
7. To advise workers and employers on safety in the workplace
8. Create K3 program, SOP and planning for its implementation.
9. Willing to work in Cikarang

Requirements

1. Minimal education Bachelor Degree from any major
2. Having AK3 Umum Depnaker
3. Minimal 3 years experience in the same field
4. Proficient in English
5. Very well organized and have good time management skills
6. Fast response, Proactive and High initiative
7. Having knowledge about technical and operational of GA (building, vehicle, etc)
