1. Finance & Accounting Staff
Job Descriptions:
- E-invoicing and invoice
- Familiar with MS Office application and accounting program
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of royalty reports, bank reconciliation, etc
- Able to prepare tax of 21 reports, tax of 23 reports, Final Income Tax Article 4 paragraph 2 (taxation), PPN report monthly
- Financial report: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, costing, etc.
- Managing petty cash, handle cash withdrawals to banks and payment with cheque
Requirements:
- Candidate must at least a Bachelor (S1) Degree in Accounting
- Experience in the same position as Tax/Accounting Staff, knowing the basics of accounting and financial report preparation.
- Honest, Thorough, has strong analytical skills and be responsible
- Able to work both in a team and independently
- Computer literate
- Notice period ASAP
2. Digital Development & Monetizing
Job Descriptions:
- Keeping up to date with digital and web trends and generate creative content and service redesign ideas
- Identifying areas for digital expansion and development
- Manage YouTube presence to optimize and maximize subscriptions and views in order to drive increased revenue
- Analyze every MD digital campaign and digital ads
- Provide recommendations to the team for a better campaign
Requirements:
- Knowledge of a range of content management systems
- Experience in digital business development
- Experience with digital strategies and prepare business proposals
- The desire to achieve high results and to develop in digital
- Active on social media with strong social media experience and able to work effectively in a team
- Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation skills
- Able to operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects will be preferable
- Understanding the field of online marketing/advertising will be a big plus
